As much as I love
winter in Montana, I had a great time leaving it for 10 days of fun in the sun
in Costa Rica with family. We spent 4
nights in la fortuna, 3 in the monteverde/santa elena area and 3 at playa
tamarindo. Highlights included hiking
through rainforests, plentiful unique wildlife, family time, great food, zip lining,
spectacular waterfalls and running rugged singletrack in shorts and a t-shirt
in january.
